Internationalization of "Skrzyneczka z Warmii" through the implementation of a new business model

The aim of the project is to achieve revenues from the export sale of letter boxes in the Austrian market. As a result of advisory support, the company will be prepared for professional export activity, which will translate into diversifying sources of revenue, becoming independent of fluctuations in the domestic market, and increasing brand recognition in international markets. The assumptions of internationalization are consistent with the vision and mission of the company, whose goal is to develop operations in foreign markets, develop product design lines (while offering high-quality products simultaneously).
